Eligibility Criteria for GPSSB Junior Clerk Recruitment

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 35 Years

Category-wise Age Relaxation (Max age limit 45 years):

General Category Female: 5 Years
Reserved Category (Male): 5 Years
Reserved Category (Female): 10 Years
PwD Candidates: 10 to 20 Years depending on category
Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 Years

Other Requirements

Computer Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer operations is required as per government rules.
Language: Proficiency in Gujarati and/or Hindi is mandatory.

Pay Scale

Fixed Salary: ₹26,000 per month.
Probation Period: 5 years of contract-based service.
Regularization: Eligible for regular pay scales after 5 years based on satisfactory performance.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following stages:

Written Exam: Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or OMR based.
Document Verification: For candidates qualifying the merit list.
