How to Apply Online For TET-1 Exam 2025
Candidates can apply online by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official website, http://ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
- Click on “Apply Online” and then select the option for TET-I.
- Fill in all your personal and educational details in the application form.
- After saving, you will get an Application Number. Note it down for future reference.
- Upload your passport-sized photograph and signature in the specified format and size (Photo: 5 cm height, 3.6 cm width; Signature: 2.5 cm height, 7.5 cm width; both in JPG format, under 10 kb).
- Confirm your application and take a printout for your records.
TET 1 Syllabus 2025
The TET-I exam will consist of a single question paper with 150 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark, and there will be no negative marking. The exam duration will be 120 minutes. The exam will be available in Gujarati, English, and Hindi mediums.
The paper is divided into five sections, with 30 marks each. The syllabus is as follows:

Cut-Off / Qualifying Marks
To be considered “pass” in the TET-I exam, candidates need to achieve the following qualifying marks:
- General Category: Minimum of 60% (90 marks)
- SC, ST, SEBC, PH, and EWS Categories: Minimum of 55% (82 marks)
