IFSCA Officer Grade A Recruitment 2025 : Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages
- Phase I: Online Screening Exam
- Paper 1: General Awareness (Financial Sector), English, Quant, Reasoning
- Paper 2: Stream-Specific Subjects
- Negative marking: 1/4th
- Phase II: Online Mains Exam
- Paper 1: English (Descriptive) – Essay, Precis, Comprehension
- Paper 2: Stream-Specific Questions
- Phase III: Interview
- Weightage: Phase II (85%) + Interview (15%)
