GPSC STI Result 2025: State Tax Inspector Mains Merit List & Cut-Off Declared
Great news for all aspirants! The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has officially declared the provisional result for the State Tax Inspector (STI), Class-III (Mains) Competitive Examination. Candidates who appeared for the Mains exam held in June 2025 can now check their qualifying status.
GPSC State Tax Inspector Cut-Off Marks 2025 (Category Wise)
The commission has released the cut-off marks based on the aggregate of 400 marks (Written Examination). Below are the category-wise qualifying standards:

Important Marking Scheme & Special Notes
- Cancelled Question: In Paper-I (Gujarati Subject), one objective question in the grammar section was cancelled. The marks for this question have been distributed pro-rata among the remaining questions (each question treated as 1.010 marks).
- Bonus Marks:
- Widow Candidates: 5% bonus marks added to obtained marks.
- Sports Candidates: 5% bonus marks added as per rules.
- Tie-Breaking: In cases of equal marks, preference is given to the candidate with the older Date of Birth.
- Common Candidates: This Mains exam was combined with Advt No. 154/2024-25. Marks of common candidates have been considered for both advertisements.
