GSSSB Ayurvedic Pharmacist Recruitment 2026 notification has been officially released by the Gujarat Subordinate Services Selection Board (GSSSB) for the post of Pharmacist/Compounder (Ayurveda), Class-3 under the Health and Family Welfare Department. Through this recruitment drive, a total of 184 vacancies will be filled through a competitive examination process. Eligible candidates can submit their online application through the OJAS Gujarat portal from 15 May 2026 to 29 May 2026 as per the official notification.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess either:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Ayurveda), OR
- Diploma in Pharmacy (Ayurveda) with approximately 2 years experience as Pharmacist or Compounder in Government, Local Body, Government Undertaking, Board, Corporation, or Limited Company established under Companies Act, 2013.
Candidates must also:
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both
Other Requirements
- Candidates should possess basic computer application knowledge as prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
- Computer certificate may be required at the time of appointment if not already available.
