- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 33 years
Age Relaxation:
- Reserved Category (SC/ST/SEBC/EWS) Male: 5 years
- General PwD Male: 10 years

- Ex-Servicemen: Length of service + 3 years

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill at least one of the following:
- Completion of a 1-year Multi Purpose Health Worker basic course/diploma recognized by the Government.
- Completion of a 1-year Sanitary Inspector Diploma course.
- Health Sanitary Inspector certification from ITI or recognized institute.
- Sanitary Inspector/Health Sanitary Inspector Diploma from a recognized University.

- Basic knowledge of Computer Application.
