- Ph.D. in relevant subject.
- 10 years teaching/research experience.
- 10 research papers in peer-reviewed journals.

➤ Associate Professor
- Ph.D. + Master’s with 55%.
- 8 years teaching/research experience.
- 7 publications in UGC journals.
- Research Score: Minimum 75.
➤ Assistant Professor
- Master’s with 55% + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D.
- Exemption from NET for Ph.D. holders (UGC compliant).
- Ph.D. from Top 500 QS/ARWU/THE ranked university is also valid.
